摘  要:明确氟啶虫胺腈对枸杞棉蚜的室内毒力及田间防效。采用浸虫法进行室内毒力测定,在田间进行小区药效试验。氟啶虫胺腈对枸杞棉蚜的LC50值为77.6215 mg/L。50%氟啶虫胺腈水分散粒剂在田间对枸杞棉蚜表现出较好的速效性和持效性,55.56、83.33、111.11 mg/L在药后3、7、14 d的防效分别为72.38%~78.96%、80.15%~92.59%、79.71%~93.09%。药后7 d低剂量处理防效低于对照处理,其他处理的防效均显著高于对照药剂吡虫啉的防效,且各剂量处理均对枸杞树安全。50%氟啶虫胺腈水分散粒剂对枸杞棉蚜有较好的防治效果。This study aims to investigate the toxicity and control effect of Sulfoxaflor against Aphis gossypii Glover.The toxicity was determined by dipping methods and field efficacy by experimental spot.The results of the toxicity test showed that the LC50 of Sulfoxaflor against Aphis gossypii Glover was 77.6215 mg/L.The control effect of Sulfoxaflor 50%WG was higher than that of imidacloprid 70%WG at 3,7 and 14 days after application.The control effect of after 3 d,7 d and 14 d ranged from 72.38%~78.96%,80.15%~92.59%and 79.71%~93.09%at application rates of 5.56 mg/L,83.33 mg/L and 111.11 mg/L,respectively.The control effect of the low-dose treatment was lower than that of the control treatment 7 days after application,and the control effect of the other treatments was significantly higher than that of imidacloprid.50%sulfoxaflor WG had better control of aphis gossypii glover.
