摘　　要：全国不动产登记数据库承载了全国不动产客体、权利和权利人的空间和属性信息,其安全稳定运行事关权利人切身利益,一旦出现数据泄露或非法篡改的情况,将对不动产交易安全、权利人合法权益保护、国家经济社会安全稳定造成重大影响。为了推动全国不动产登记数据库向全国产化环境迁移适配,本文针对不动产登记数据特点,设计了基于国产数据库的全国不动产登记数据库读写分离集群架构,明确了全国不动产登记数据库从基于X86服务器的甲骨文(Oracle)数据库向全国产化环境下瀚高数据库集群的迁移路线,实现了50亿条级全国不动产登记数据库的数据迁移,有效保障了全国2800多个县(区)每日40多万条登记数据实时接入更新和日均20多万条查询响应,有效提升了数据安全并保护了权利人的合法权利。The national real estate registration database carries the spatial and attribute information of the object,right and right holder of the national real estate,and its safe and stable operation concerns the vital interests of the right holder.Once the data is leaked or illegally tampered with,it will have a significant impact on the security of the real estate transaction,the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the right holder,and the security and stability of the national economy and society.In order to promote the migration and adaptation of the national real estate registration database to the domestic environment,this paper designs the Read/Write Splitting cluster architecture of the national real estate registration database based on the domestic database,according to the characteristics of the real estate registration data.The migration route of the national real estate registration database from the X86 server-based Oracle database to the HighGo database cluster in the domestic environment is presented,and the data migration of the 5 billion level national real estate registration database is realized,which effectively guarantees the real-time access and update of more than 400,000 data registered daily in more than 2,800 counties and districts across the country and more than 200,000 daily query responses.It effectively improves data security and protects the legitimate rights of the right holders.
