摘  要:机油泵限压阀在发动机运行过程中对于主油道机油压力的稳定起到关键作用,当机油泵工作在出油压力为限压阀临界开启压力工况时,限压阀将不可避免的出现反复的开启和落座现象,这将导致机油泵出油压力出现波动现象,局部压力过低时可能出现气蚀现象。本文采用流体仿真分析手段,建立机油泵限压阀开启工况下三维仿真分析模型,通过对限压阀流场仿真分析,揭示出限压阀开启后流道内不同区域速度分布、压力分布及阀球受力情况,明确阀体开启时流体对阀体的作用力变化规律,为限压阀结构设计及性能优化提供数据支撑。The oil pump pressure limiting valve plays a key role in the stability of the oil pressure in the main oil passage during the engine operation.When the oil pump works under the condition that the oil output pressure is the critical opening pressure of the pressure limiting valve,the pressure limiting valve will inevitably appear repeated opening and closing,which will lead to the fluctuation of the oil output pressure of the oil pump,and cavitation phenomenon may occur when the local pressure is too low.In this paper,the fluid simulation analysis method is adopted to establish a three-dimensional simulation analysis model under the opening condition of the pressure limiting valve of the oil pump.Through the simulation analysis of the flow field of the pressure limiting valve,the velocity distribution,pressure distribution and the stress situation of the valve ball in different regions of the flow passage after the pressure limiting valve is opened are revealed,and the changing law of the fluid force on the valve body when the valve body is opened is defined.It provides data support for structure design and performance optimization of pressure limiting valve.
