摘 要:以168F农用单缸柴油机为研究对象,针对其噪声控制提出了一种并联对冲式消声器,利用仿真软件对其开展内部三维流场模拟,分析其速度场、温度场及压力场的分布情况,从其速度矢量图判断该消声器内部各位置气体的流向进而初步判断消声器内部声反射和声吸收情况。本文研究结果可为阻抗复合消声器的设计与优化提供一定的参考依据。Reducing the noise generated during engine operation has always been the main evaluation index of muffler performance.The design goal can be achieved more accurately by increasing the research on the internal flow field of muffler.With the continuous development of computer technology,the flow field simulation is simple,convenient and accurate,and can greatly reduce the design cost.Three-dimensional fluid simulation analysis of muffler can be carried out by using simulation software,and the distribution of velocity field,temperature field and pressure field can be obtained.At the same time,the flow direction of gas at various positions inside the muffler can be determined by analyzing the velocity vector diagram,and then the acoustic reflection and absorption inside the muffler can be preliminarily determined.The results of flow field analysis of muffler based on numerical simulation can provide basis and direction for the design of impedance composite muffler.The distribution law of velocity field,pressure field and temperature field is studied by simulating and analyzing the internal flow field characteristics of the parallel opposed muffler.
