摘  要:针对某撒砂装置,依据TB/T 3115-2005《机车车辆动力学性能台架试验方法》进行了模态测试,并采用HYPERWORKS软件进行了有限元建模和模态计算。对撒砂装置的试验结果和仿真结果进行了对比分析。通过对标结果,对仿真模型进行优化,减小了仿真与试验的相对误差,并对仿真模型中的关键影响因素进行深入分析,得出了效率与质量相对最优的推荐有限元模型,为今后仿真预测试验、试验验证仿真提供了重要参考。For a sanding device,the modal test was carried out according to TB/T 3115-2005'dynamic performance bench test method of locomotive and vehicle',and the finite element modeling and modal calculation were carried out by HYPERWORKS software.The test results and simulation results of the sanding device are compared and analyzed.By the correlation results,the simulation model is optimized to reduce the relative error between simulation and test.The key influencing factors in the simulation model are analyzed in depth,and the recommended finite element model with relatively optimal efficiency and quality is obtained,which provides an important reference for future simulation prediction of test and test verification of simulation.
