摘  要:高压共轨泵油泵盖是柴油共轨系统重要的密封零件,针对新型油泵盖数控加工的工艺方案,本文基于Johnson-cook本构模型及损伤准则建立了螺栓孔钻削有限元模型,研究钻削过程中成孔应力分布规律,探究不同进给速率对切削力与切削力矩的影响,对比分析不同刀具在钻削作业时的差异。结论表明,孔口与孔中部存在明显应力梯度;随着进给速率增大,切削力与切削力矩呈下降趋势;麻花钻可产生较大的切削力与切削力矩脉动输出,锥形钻可形成较为稳定的切削力加载,切削力矩偏小,可针对具体工况结合使用提高效率。The oil pump cover of the high pressure common rail pump is an important sealing part of the diesel common rail system.In view of the technological scheme of CNC machining of the new oil pump cover,this paper establishes a finite element model of bolt hole drilling based on the Johnson-cook constitutive model and damage criterion,and studies the drilling During the process of hole forming stress distribution,the influence of different feed rates on cutting force and cutting moment was explored,and the differences of different tools in drilling operations were compared and analyzed.The conclusion shows that there is an obvious stress gradient between the hole and the middle of the hole;with the increase of the feed rate,the cutting force and cutting torque show a downward trend;the twist drill can generate a large output of cutting force and cutting torque pulsation,and the conical drill can form Relatively stable cutting force loading and small cutting moment,which can be used in combination with specific working conditions to improve efficiency.
