摘 要:文章以某汽车发动机曲轴机械加工制造为例,对机械加工技术在其曲轴制造中的应用进行分析。包括某汽车发动机曲轴构造、基本参数及其制造中的机械加工技术应用。经分析发现,在对汽车发动机曲轴进行机械加工的过程中,不仅要合理确定其加工过程,还要对其毛坯制造形式、机床、加工工艺路线、加工余量、工序尺寸以及公差等加以科学确定,这样才可以确保其机械加工效率和精度。希望通过本次的分析,可以为汽车发动机曲轴的机械加工制造提供一定参考。This paper takes the crankshaft machining manufacturing of an automobile engine as an example to analyze the application of machining technology in its crankshaft manufacturing.It includes the structure,basic parameters of crankshaft of an automobile engine and the application of machining technology in manufacturing.After analysis,it is found that in the machining process of automobile engine crankshaft,it is not only necessary to determine its processing process reasonably,but also to determine its blank manufacturing form,machine tool,processing process route,processing allowance,process size and tolerance scientifically,so as to ensure its machining efficiency and accuracy.It is hoped that this analysis can provide some reference for machining and manufacturing of automobile engine crankshaft.
