摘 要:拉缸是柴油发动机运行过程中产生的最普遍的故障之一,将严重影响柴油机正常工作。针对公司某批量发动机拉缸问题,运用8D方法对拉缸故障进行了原因分析、故障定位和问题解决。首先对8D方法的由来、内容和适用场景进行了较为详细的介绍;其次通过8D方法对故障进行了原因分析,并得出此批拉缸是由于活塞冷却喷嘴被机油滤清器脱落胶粒堵塞造成的结论;最后通过选择高粘结强度胶、拉脱试验和热老化试验圆满解决了此批拉缸问题并顺利投入生产。8D方法为柴油机拉缸故障分析提供了可靠、可信、可行的有效途径,为柴油发动机拉缸故障提供了新的解决思路与方法。Pulling cylinder is one of the most common faults in diesel engine operation,which will seriously affect the normal operation of diesel engine.In this paper,8D method is used to analyze the cause,locate the fault and solve the problem of pulling cylinder of a batch engine.Firstly,the origin,content and application scenarios of 8D method are introduced in detail.Secondly,the 8D method is used to analyze the cause of the failure,and the conclusion is drawn that the piston cooling nozzle is blocked by the oil filter falling off the rubber particles.Finally,the problems of this batch of cylinders were successfully solved by selecting high bonding strength adhesive,pull-off test and thermal aging test and were successfully put into production.The 8D method provides a reliable,reliable,feasible and effective way for diesel engine pulling cylinder fault analysis,and provides a new solution for diesel engine pulling cylinder fault.
