摘  要:科研试车台是航空发动机研制过程中重要的试验设备之一,其滑油中断系统用于在发动机开展滑油中断试验时将滑油箱至滑油供油泵之间的供油路切断一段时间,仅使空气进入供油泵,随后恢复供油,并稳定一段时间。滑油中断系统在滑油中断试验中扮演着关键角色。现对科研试车台滑油中断系统的切换阀门、压损控制、安全监控等关键技术进行了分析和研究,介绍了各种关键技术在科研试车台滑油中断系统设计中的工程应用。The scientific research test cell is one of the important test equipment in the development of aero-engine.Its oil interruption system is used to cut off the oil supply road between the oil tank and the oil supply pump for a period of time when the engine carries out the oil interruption test,and only make the air enter the oil supply pump,and then restore the oil supply and stabilize for a period of time.The oil interruption system plays a key role in the oil interruption test.Now the key technologies of switching valve,pressure loss control and safety monitoring of the system are analyzed and studied,and the engineering applications of various key technologies in the design of the system are introduced.
