摘  要:本文对联轴节的通用结构原理进行了详细的介绍和分析,并对脂润滑和油润滑式鼓型齿联轴节的结构进行了详细的对比说明,从重点从润滑方式的角度对脂润滑与油润滑式鼓形齿联轴节进行了详细的分析,并从鼓形齿联轴节组成结构、运用情况及检修成本三个方面对脂润滑和油润滑式鼓型齿联轴节进行了详细的对比分析和概括,综合成本效益、运用状态、技术先进性等角度对后续国产化联轴节的技术方向提出了一定的建议。结合本文研究成果,本文建议我国在后续轨道交通齿式联轴节的国产化方向上,优先选用油润滑式鼓形齿联轴节。This paper introduces and analyzes the general structure principle of the coupling in detail,and compares the structure of the grease lubricated and oil lubricated drum gear coupling in detail,and analyzes the grease lubricated and oil lubricated drum gear coupling in detail from the perspective of the lubrication mode,and from the composition structure of the drum gear coupling The grease lubricated and oil lubricated drum type gear couplings are analyzed and summarized in detail from three aspects of operation and maintenance costs,and some suggestions are put forward for the technical direction of the follow-up home-made couplings from the perspectives of cost-effectiveness,operation status,and technical progressiveness.Based on the research results of this paper,it is suggested that China should give priority to the oil-lubricated drum gear coupling in the localization direction of the subsequent rail transit tooth coupling.
