摘 要:本文基于船舶主推进动力柴油机轴带发电机的节能技术,在20500DWT散货船上进行实船应用研究,总结了船用主机轴带发电机的节能优势,通过对实船主机与轴带发电机之间在船舶机动航行工况和船舶定速航行工况下的功率匹配分析,以及利用船舶电力负荷的基本计算方法,计算了实船在航行工况下的电力负荷,选定主机轴带发电机和传动齿轮箱的主要参数,包括发电机的频率调节类型、额定功率、齿轮箱速比等。最后确定了设备在实船上的布置与安装方案,为船舶的节能和减排提供便操作、重应用的节能方案,实现技术向生产力的转化。Based on the energy-saving technology of the shaft generator of the ship's main propulsion power diesel engine,this paper carries out the application research on the 20500DWT bulk cargo ship,summarizes the energy-saving advantages of the shaft generator of the ship's main engine,analyzes the power matching between the main engine and the shaft generator under the ship's navigation conditions,and uses the basic calculation method of the ship's electric load,The power load of the real ship under the navigation condition is calculated,and the main parameters of the main shaft generator and the transmission gearbox are selected,including the frequency regulation type of the generator,rated power,gearbox speed ratio,etc.Finally,the layout and installation plan of the equipment on the real ship is determined to provide the energy-saving plan of easy operation and application for the energy conservation and emission reduction of the ship,and realize the transformation from technology to productivity.
