摘 要:随着国际防污染公约的实施愈加严格,船用焚烧炉在处理固体垃圾和污油方面的作用愈加重要。船舶大多只配置一台焚烧炉,焚烧炉发生故障,轮机员须快速查明原因,制定解决方案,并在后续运行中采取预防措施,减少类似故障发生。为使焚烧炉维持良好工况,本文以LZMW-Teamtec OG120C型焚烧炉为例,使用故障树分析法并结合实际,为焚烧炉火焰故障报警找出合理的预防及处理方法。With the increasingly strict implementation of the international pollution prevention convention,the role of Marine incinerator in the treatment of solid waste and dirty oil is becoming more and more important.Since most ships are equipped with only one incinerator,engineers are required to quickly find out the reasons and solutions when the incinerator fails,and take preventive measures in the future operation to reduce the occurrence of similar failures.In order to maintain a good working condition of the incinerator,this paper takes the LZIMW-TEAMTEC OG120C incinerator as an example,uses the fault tree analysis method and combines the reality to find out reasonable prevention and treatment methods for the flame fault alarm of the incinerator.
