摘 要:对某冷轧厂轧钢机组带钢表面碳化边缺陷的产生原因进行分析,并从轧机乳化液的工艺状态和罩式炉吹扫状态两个方面入手,对碳化边缺陷进行控制,先后采取了控制轧机漏油、调整乳化液流量、调整罩式炉吹扫条件、优化热轧CT温度等措施,有效地减少了碳化边缺陷的发生。In this paper,the causes of carbonized edge defects on the strip surface of the cold rolling mill were analyzed,and the defects were controlled from two aspects of the process state of the rolling mill emulsion and the purge state of the bell furnace.Measures such as controlling the oil leakage of the rolling mill,adjusting the emulsion flow,adjusting the purge condition of the bell furnace,and optimizing the CT temperature of hot rolling were taken successively,which effectively reduced the occurrence of carbonized edge defects.
