摘  要:针对连续酸洗机组带钢表面划伤缺陷产生的原因进行研究,确定了工艺段张力、带钢下垂度、焊缝过拉矫模式、设备管理模式等关键因子,提出了相关改进措施,经验证有效改善了划伤情况,缺陷降级率由0.15%降低至0.06%以下,取得了显著改善效果。By studying the causes of the strip surface scratch defects in the continuous pickling unit,the key factors such as the tension of the process section,the droop of the strip,the mode of weld passing through the tension leveler,and the equipment management mode were determined,and then the relevant improvement measures were put forward.It has been proved that the scratch condition has been improved effectively,and the defect degradation rate has been reduced from 0.15%to less than 0.06%,which has achieved a remarkable improvement effect.
