摘  要:酸管道内壁结垢给无脱硅酸再生机组的生产运行带来了极大的困难和挑战。分析了酸管道结垢的原因,试验发现酸垢不溶于常温下的浓氢氧化钠溶液,但可溶于加热后的浓氢氧化钠溶液(2.5 mol/L,85℃)。根据这一原理,利用酸再生机组本体设备,新增一路管道,采取相应操作,可实现酸管道自清洗。经验证,清洗后两个机组废酸处理量从5.5 m^(3)/h提升到7 m^(3)/h,清洗一次可保机组稳定高效运行一个月,同时,酸管道的通畅提升了酸枪喷嘴的喷雾效果,使废酸在焙烧炉内充分反应,降低氧化铁粉中的氯含量,从平均2.5%降低到0.3%以下,提高了氧化铁粉的品质。Scaling on the inner wall of the acid pipeline has brought great difficulties and challenges to the production and operation of the acid regeneration plant without silica removal.This paper analyzes the cause of acid pipeline scaling.Through experiments,it is found that the acid scale is insoluble in concentrated sodium hydroxide solution at room temperature,but soluble in heated concentrated sodium hydroxide solution(2.5 mol/L,85℃).According to this principle,the acid pipeline self-cleaning method can be realized by using the equipment of the acid regeneration plant,adding a new pipeline,and taking corresponding operations.It has been verified that the waste acid treatment capacity of two ARPs increased from 5.5 m^(3)/h to 7 m^(3)/h after cleaning,cleaning once can ensure the stable and efficient operation for one month.At the same time,the smoothness of the acid pipeline improves the spray effect of the nozzle,which can make the waste acid fully react in the roaster,thus reducing the chlorine content in iron oxide powder from an average of 2.5%to less than 0.3%,improving the quality of the iron oxide powder.
