摘 要:热熔胶材料已在预铺高分子防水卷材中广泛应用。本研究针对高分子防水卷材的剥离强度、抗紫外性能、低温柔性、抗高温脱落性能等重要性能指标,着重探讨和分析了不同的原材料组分和比例对热熔胶性能的影响。研究结果表明,在热熔胶配方中加入SEBS橡胶和萜烯酚树脂,能够显著提升胶黏剂的抗高温脱落性能;而以氢化石油增粘树脂、硅烷偶联剂等为添加剂,能够有效改善其抗紫外性能。以该热熔胶作为原料所生产出的预铺高分子防水卷材具有优异耐高温和抗紫外性能,可避免夏季高温时混凝土立面卷材的脱落,进而有效保障了建筑防水质量。Hot melt adhesives have been widely used in prelaying polymer waterproof coils.Focusing on the peeling strength,UV resistance,low-temperature flexibility and high-temperature peeling resistance of polymer waterproof coils,the influences of different hot melt adhesive raw materials on high-temperature peeling performance were emphatically discussed and analyzed.The results showed that the introduction of SEBS rubber and terpene phenol resin into the hot melt adhesives could significantly improve the high-temperature peeling resistance;and the UV resistance can be improved by using hydrogenated petroleum viscosifier and silane coupling agents.The prelaying polymer waterproof coils produced by this hot melt adhesive possess excellent high-temperature resistance,which can avoid the peeling off of the concrete facade coils under the high temperature of summer,and thus effectively ensure the waterproof quality of the buildings.
