摘　　要：本文将简单介绍在建煤化工项目——陕煤集团榆林化学有限责任公司一期项目中所使用的科林炉,该气化炉由北京科林工程公司设计的,其气化炉采用的是顶部三喷嘴技术,通过介绍科林炉整个工艺流程和与其他工艺对比,其整个工艺流程相比而言有所工艺技术改进和突破。希望为同行提供技术参考,以期为装置以后的生产安稳长满优提供一定的帮助。This paper will briefly introduce the Colin furnace used in the phase I project of Yulin Chemical Co.,Ltd.of Shaanxi coal group,a coal chemical project under construction.The gasifier is designed by Beijing Colin engineering company.The gasifier adopts the top three nozzle technology.By introducing the whole process flow of Colin furnace and comparing it with other processes,Compared with the whole process,the process technology has been improved and broken through.It is hoped to provide technical reference for peers in order to provide some help for the safe,stable,long and excellent production of the device in the future.
