摘 要:将X射线荧光光谱法用于擦拭样品中铀微粒的筛选。本文对其方法进行了研究,绘制了标准曲线,并对模拟擦拭样品进行了测定。实验结果表明,本仪器对于光斑范围内铀浓度大于1 ppm的样品可以准确测量,误差小于10%。仪器加装移动平台后使得擦拭布的测量简便快捷,可对其铀含量进行筛选;选用移动步幅为7.2 mm时,测量最为准确。经过对空白多次测量得到仪器检测限为0.400μg。X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was used for the analysis of uranium in wipe samples.In this paper,the method was studied,the standard curve was drawn,and the sample was determined.The experimental results show that the instrument can accurately measure the samples with uranium concentration more than 1ppm in the light spot range,and the error is less than 10%.After the mobile platform is installed on the instrument,the measurement of the wiping cloth is simple and fast,and the uranium content can be screened;When the moving stride is 7.2 mm,the measurement is the most accurate.The detection limit of the instrument is 0.400μg.
