摘　　要：劳尔·卡斯特罗是古巴革命胜利以来第二代国家领导人。他从大学时期开始就投身革命活动,之后参加由其兄菲德尔·卡斯特罗领导的革命运动并成为重要领导成员。古巴革命胜利及进入社会主义时期后,他作为预定接班人担任菲德尔·卡斯特罗的第一副手长达46年,后于2006年接替其兄担任古巴第二代国家领导人,到2021年退休共主政15年。在他的整个政治生涯特别是他主政时期,面对美国长期经济封锁的高压,他带领古巴人民不畏强暴、艰苦奋斗,坚持走社会主义道路,维护了国家独立和尊严;他为完善古巴现行社会主义制度,及时而果断地提出更新经济社会发展模式,将探索古巴社会主义本土化和时代化进程推向一个新发展阶段。他对古巴革命和社会主义事业的卓越贡献彪炳史册,在古巴人民的心目中享有仅次于其兄的崇高的历史地位。Raúl Castro is the second generation of national leaders since the triumph of the Cuban Revolution.He was involved in revolutionary activities from his university years and later participated in the revolutionary movement led by his brother Fidel Castro and became a key leading member.Throughout his political career,especially during his administration,in the face of the high pressure of the long-term economic blockade of the United States,he led the Cuban people to defy violence and arduous struggle,adhere to the socialist road,and safeguard the independence and dignity of the country.In order to improve Cuba's current socialist system,he promptly and decisively proposed to update the economic and social development model,pushing the process of exploring the localization and eraization of Cuba's socialism to a new stage of development.His outstanding contribution to the Cuban revolution and the cause of socialism is in the annals of history and enjoys a high historical status in the hearts of the Cuban people second only to his brother.
