摘　　要：目的 分析含麻疹成分疫苗(measles containing vccine,MCV)疑似预防接种异常反应(adverse events following immunization,AEFI)的发生特征,评价MCV的安全性。方法 通过中国AEFI信息管理系统收集2011-2020年上海市金山区报告的MCV AEFI个案,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2011-2020年金山区共报告接种MCV AEFI个案587例,男女性别比1.25∶1,年平均报告发生率219.11/10万剂,报告发生率随年份呈上升趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=424.79,P<0.05)。一般反应550例(205.30/10万剂),以发热为主(195.59/10万剂);异常反应36例(13.44/10万剂),以过敏性皮疹为主(12.69/10万剂);偶合症1例(0.37/10万剂);4-9月发生占比65.59%,89.78%发生在接种当天。结论 2011-2020上海市金山区MCV AEFI监测敏感性逐渐提升,MCV安全性良好,但仍需继续加强AEFI监测。Objective To analyze characteristics and incidence of adverse events following immunization(AEFIs)with measlescontaining vaccines(MCV),and evaluate the safety of MCV.Methods The cases of AEFIs related to MCV in Jinshan district of Shanghai from 2011-2020 were collected from the National AEFI Information System and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods.Results A total of 587 MCV-related AEFI cases were reported,The male to female ratio was 1.25:1.The average annual incidence was 219.11/10^(5) doses and show an upward trend(χ^(2)_(趋势)=424.79,P<0.05).0f the total cases,550(205.30/10^(5)doses)were general adverse reactions,most of which were fever(195.59/10^(5)doses),and 36(13.44/10^(5) doses)were rare adverse reactions,most of which were anaphylactic rash(12.69/10^(5)doses).One case of coincidence was reported(0.37/10^(5) doses).Of the total cases,65.59%occurred between April-September,and 89.78%occurred on the day of vaccination.Conclusions The sensitivity of MCV-related AEFI surveillance increased year by year from 2011-2020 in Jinshan of Shanghai.The MCV used in Jinshan showed good safety,but it needs to keep strengthening AEFI surveillance.
