摘　　要：随着新型冠状病毒感染(新冠感染)疫情愈演愈烈,病原微生物菌(毒)种作为直接关系国家生物安全的重要战略资源,其对传染病防治、科研、分子诊断、疫苗研制、病理研究等方面的作用愈发重要。而河南省病原微生物菌(毒)种保藏中心(菌(毒)种保藏中心)的建设无法满足当前需求。目前河南省还没有建成经过国家认证的菌(毒)种保藏中心。除新型冠状病毒(新冠病毒)样本外,其他菌(毒)种仅省疾病预防控制中心(省疾控中心)内部科室上交至中心,各地市疾控中心及各医院的菌(毒)种样本为单独保存,不能收集整合全省的病原微生物资源。本文介绍了河南省菌(毒)种保藏中心的建设与规划,在建设的目标、需求、硬件设施、软件系统、人员培训和管理、资源共享等方面进行了阐述与讨论,以期改善目前硬件设施相对落后短缺、软件系统信息化程度不高、人员培训不够、资源共享不全面、不便捷的现况,力争满足本省生物安全战略、传染病防控与科研工作需求,提高我省病原微生物菌(毒)种资源质量和管理水平。With COVID-19 becoming more and more serious,as an important strategic resource directly related to national biosecurity,pathogenic microorganism(virus)species play an increasingly important role in the prevention and control of infectious diseases,scientific research,molecular diagnosis,vaccine development,pathological research,etc.However,the construction of Bacteria/Virus Species Preservation Center,Henan province Pathogenic Microorganism(Virus)Species Preservation Center cannot meet the current needs.At present,Henan province has not yet established a nationally certified collection center for pathogenic microorganisms(virus).Except for the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)samples,other bacteria(virus)species are only handed over to the center by the internal departments of Henan Center for Disease Control and Prevention(HNCDC),bacteria(virus)species samples from CDCs and hospitals in various cities are kept separately,and cannot be collected and integrated the pathogenic microorganisms of the whole province resource.This paper introduces the construction and planning of the Henan bacteria(virus)species preservation center,expounds and discusses the construction objective,requirements,hardware facilities,software systems,personnel training and management,resource sharing etc.for improving the relative backwardness and shortage of hardware facilities in the center,low-level software system of information,insufficient personnel training,incomplete and inconvenient resource sharing,strive to meet the needs of the province's biosafety strategy,infectious disease prevention and control and scientific research,and improve the resource quality and management level of pathogenic microorganisms(virus)in our province.
