摘　　要：目的 了解上海市闵行区学校肺结核病例密切接触者结核菌素试验(PPD试验)情况,为制定学校肺结核病防控工作提供依据。方法 对2018-2020年闵行区学校肺结核病例的密切接触者进行PPD试验。结果 2018-2020年闵行区学校共报告活动性肺结核病例72例,判定密切接触者2 111人,其中PPD试验检测2 109人,检测率99.91%;强阳性140名(6.64%),男性和女性强阳性率分别为4.73%和8.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);强阳性率随年龄组上升而逐渐升高,弱阳性率5~14岁组最高(34.59%);病原学阳性和阴性病例的密切接触者之间的弱阳性率和中度阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 上海市闵行区学校肺结核病例的密接接触者结核菌素强阳性率存在性别和年龄差异,女生及高年级学生为防治重点人群。Objective To analyze the PPD-test results in close contacts with tuberculosis cases in schools in Minhang district from 2018 to 2020,and provide evidence for TB control and prevention in schools.Methods PPD-test was carried out in the close contacts with tuberculosis cases in Minhang district from 2018 to 2020.Results 72 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis were reported in Minhang district schools,and 2111 close contacts of TB were registered,of which 2109(99.19%)were tested with PPD,and 140(6.64%)of them were strong positive.The strong positive rate was 4.73%for males and 8.27%for females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The strong positive rate increased with the age group.Weak positive rate was highest in the 5-14 year age group(34.59%).There was no significant difference in weak positive rate and moderate positive rate between close contacts of sputum positive and negative cases(P>0.05).Conclusions There are sex and age differences in the strong positive rate of tuberculin in the close contacts with tuberculosis cases in Minhang district,and females and senior students are the key groups of prevention and control.
