摘 要:在采用传统夹具加工矿用电气设备开关转轴工件时,工件夹紧调整困难,定位不准且加工效率不高。根据工件结构、材质及工艺技术要求,研究设计一种在数控加工中心机床上可一次装夹数个工件并完成铣削、钻孔、攻丝和倒角等工序的数控专用夹具,彻底解决了工件定位、夹紧等难题。对工件的质检证明,设计的夹具操作方便可靠,工件安装定位误差小,缩减了工件调整找正时间,保证了转轴的加工精度,生产效率大幅提高。When the switch shaft workpiece of mining electrical equipment is processed by traditional fixtures,there are some problems of difficult adjustment of workpiece clamping,inaccurate positioning and low processing efficiency.According to the workpiece structure,material and process technical requirements,this paper designs a NC machining center machine fixture,which can clamp several workpieces at one time and complete the processes of milling,drilling,tapping and chamfering.It completely solves the problems of workpiece positioning and clamping.The quality inspection of the workpiece proves that the designed fixture is convenient and reliable to operate,the workpiece installation and positioning error is small,the time for workpiece adjustment and alignment is shortened,the machining accuracy of the rotating shaft is guaranteed,and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
