摘　　要：针对铝合金汽车轮辐两侧尖角上的毛刺,设计了一台可以实现全自动去除汽车轮辐毛刺的专门设备。介绍了该设备的主要结构和设计思路,分析了保证质量和效率的关键技术。通过生产实践应用证明,该机使用性能稳定,产品生产效益及产品质量显著提高。Aiming at the burrs on the sharp corners on both sides of the spokes of aluminum alloy automobiles,a special equipment is designed to realize the automatic removal of automotive spokes burrs.The main structure and design ideas of the equipment are introduced,and the key technologies to ensure quality and efficiency are analyzed.Through production practice and application,it has been proved that the machine has stable performance.Product production efficiency and product quality are significantly improved.
