天突穴水针疗法联合督灸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察天突穴水针疗法联合督灸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将144例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为水针组、督灸组和联合组,分别予以天突穴水针疗法、督灸疗法、天突穴水针联合督灸疗法进行治疗,疗程为4周。观察4周后、治疗结束后6个月及12个月喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒、鼻塞及鼻黏膜肿胀程度的积分变化。结果治疗4周后总有效率:水针组83.3%、督灸组60.4%、联合组89.5%;治疗结束后6个月总有效率:水针组79.1%、督灸组72.9%、联合组91.6%;治疗结束后12个月总有效率:水针组75.0%、督灸组66.7%、联合组87.5%;三组组间比较存在疗效差异,两两比较后发现联合组疗效最优,好于水针组及督灸组(P<0.05);而水针组的疗效则优于督灸组(P<0.05)。结论天突穴水针疗法联合督灸治疗变应性鼻炎安全有效。Objective To explore the effect of the fluid acupuncture therapy on Tiantu combined with Du moxibustion therapy on the allergic rhinitis.Methods One-hundred and forty-four patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into three groups at random with treatment duration of four weeks(48 cases by fluid acupuncture therapy on Tiantu,48 cases by Du moxibustion therapy and 48 cases by fluid acupuncture therapy on Tiantu combined with Du moxibustion therapy).Observing the improvement and integral change of sneezing,nasal discharge,rhinocnesmus and rhinocleisis before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rates after 4 weeks of the three groups were 83.3%,60.4%and 89.5%;after 6 months were 79.1%,72.9%and 91.6%;after 12 months were 75.0%,66.7%and 87.5%;differences between the three groups were significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of the water acupuncture group was better than that of the Du moxibustion group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluid acupuncture therapy on Tiantu combined with du moxibustion is safe and effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
