摘　　要：目的探讨先天性甲状舌管囊肿的病因、临床表现、诊断及治疗方法,以提高对其的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析1例先天性甲状舌管患者的临床资料。结果术后随访3月,随访期间无复发。结论术前明确囊肿的位置和走行是先天性甲状舌管囊肿诊断的重要依据,经典的Sistrunk术式是其治疗的有效方法。Objective To explore the etiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of congenital thyroglossal duct cyst,so as to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical data of a patient with congenital thyroglossal duct were analyzed retrospectively.Results There was no recurrence during the follow-up of 3 months.Conclusion The location and course of the cyst before operation is an important basis for the diagnosis of congenital thyroglossal duct cyst,and the classical Sistrunk operation is an effective method for its treatment.
