摘 要:对鹤顶兰属种间和属间进行6个组合的杂交试验,并统计其有胚率、着色率和无菌播种萌发率.结果表明:(1)不同杂交组合所得种子的有胚率、着色率和萌发率均差异显著,其中,有胚率最高的为银带虾脊兰×鹤顶兰,着色率最高的为中越鹤顶兰×保禄鹤顶兰,萌发率最高的为鹤顶兰×黄花鹤顶兰;(2)鹤顶兰×黄花鹤顶兰组合后代,在外部形态、着色率、萌发率方面均优于鹤顶兰同株自花授粉所得的种子,说明鹤顶兰与黄花鹤顶兰的杂交亲和力较强;(3)鹤顶兰与虾脊兰属植物进行属间杂交是可行的,但其杂交亲和力显著低于属内种间杂交亲和力.该试验为鹤顶兰属植物杂交育种中选择合适的亲本、缩短育种周期提供了依据.A total of 6 interspecific and intergeneric hybridizations of Phaius were set up,and detected for embryogenic rate,TTC pigmentation rate and sterile germination rate.The main results were as follows:(1)there were significant differences in embryogenic rate,TTC pigmentation rate and germination rate among various hybridized combinations.The combination of Calanthe argenteostriata×Phaius tankervilleae had the highest embryogenic rate while P.tonkinensis×P.tancarvilleae var.baolocensis and P.tankervilleae×P.flavus had the greatest pigmentation rate and germination rate,respectively.(2)The hybrid seeds from P.tankervilleae×P.flavus were superior to those from the self-pollination of P.tankervilleae in morphology,TTC pigmentation rate and germination rate,which indicated the strong hybrid cross-compatibility between P.tankervilleae and P.flavus.(3)It is feasible to conduct intergeneric hybridization between P.tankervilleae and Calanthe,but the cross-compatibility was lower than those of interspecific hybridization within Phaius.This study provided a reference for the selection of suitable hybrid parents and shortened crossbreeding cycle of Phaius herb.
