摘 要:为提高20钢表面的性能,采用大气等离子喷涂的方式在20钢表面制备了氧化铝绝缘陶瓷涂层,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、显微硬度计测试等方法分析了涂层的物相组成、微观组织结构和显微硬度等,对涂层截面图像进行了处理,计算平均孔隙率,并考察了显微硬度。结果表明:大气等离子喷涂Al_(2)O_(3)粉末的过程中,发生了相变,制备的涂层中出现了γ-Al_(2)O_(3)这一新相。样品由基体、黏结层和涂层组成,各层直接界面清晰,致密性良好,涂层截面呈片层状的重叠结构,因Al_(2)O_(3)粉末自身特点造成涂层表面有少量微裂纹,属正常现象。涂层的平均孔隙率为7.36%,显微硬度为708 HV,具有良好力学性能,符合产品使用标准。To improve the surface properties of 20 steel,the alumina insulating ceramic coating was prepared on the surface of 20 steel by atmospheric plasma spraying.The phase composition,microstructure and microhardness of the coating were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and microhardness tester.The cross-sectional images of the coating were processed,the average porosity was calculated,and the microhardness was investigated.The results show that the phase transformation occurs during the process of atmospheric plasma spraying Al_(2)O_(3) powder,and the phase transformation occurring in the prepared coatingγ-Al_(2)O_(3) is a new phase.The sample is composed of matrix,adhesive layer and coating.The direct interface of each layer is clear and the compactness is good.The cross section of the coating is in a layered overlapping structure.Due to the characteristics of Al_(2)O_(3) powder,there are a few microcracks on the coating surface,which is normal.The average porosity of the coating is 7.36%,and the microhardness is 708 HV.It has good mechanical properties and meets the product use standard.
