摘 要:近些年,在公路隧道模筑二衬施工中,针对公路隧道模筑二衬端头封端的施工技术难题,如何能够提高该领域施工质量、效率,控制成本、节省材料是当下急需探索和解决的,因此,我们开展了公路隧道二衬液压顶升整体式钢端模施工技术的研究。首次在隧道模筑二衬端头封端的施工中采用液压顶升整体式钢端模,有效的解决了传统封端时木材消耗量大、模板安装速度慢、人工耗费大、木模板受力集中等技术难题。在当下隧道二衬施工领域,该项施工技术有着很好的发展前景和推广价值,符合绿色环保的建设理念。In the construction of the secondary lining of highway tunnels,in view of the construction technical problems of end capping of the secondary linings of highway tunnels,the research on the construction technology of the hydraulic jacking integral steel end formwork of the secondary linings of highway tunnels is carried out.For the first time,the hydraulic jacking integral steel end form is used in the construction of the end capping of the tunnel die casting two-liner end,which effectively solves the traditional end capping technology such as large waste of wood,slow installation speed,much labor consumption,and concentrated force on the wood formwork problem.
