摘 要:本文介绍了一种适合超硬铝合金尾翼的冷挤压成形工艺。文章选择LY12超硬铝合金作为坯料,采用冷挤压成形方式加工某穿甲弹的尾翼。在传统整体式挤压成形模具的基础上,提出了改良方案,设计了一种分瓣式浮动模具,材质为Cr12MoV超硬钢,并计算了该模具冷挤压成形过程中的挤压力、铝合金坯料体积、挤压速度等基本参数。使用该工艺进行超硬铝合金尾翼的冷挤压成形加工,具有操作简便、质量可控、效率较高等特点,加工出来的尾翼零件可以满足使用要求。In this paper,a kind of cold extrusion process suitable for super duralumin alloy tail fins is introduced.In this paper,super duralumin alloy LY12 was used as blank to process the tail fin of an armor-piercing projectile by cold extrusion.Based on the traditional integral extrusion forming die,an improved scheme was put forward.A kind of split floating die was designed,made of Cr12MoV superhard steel,and the basic parameters such as extrusion pressure,aluminum alloy billet volume and extrusion speed in the process of cold extrusion forming were calculated.The cold extrusion process of super duralumin alloy tail fins has the advantages of simple operation,controllable quality and high efficiency,and the processed tail parts can meet the application requirements.
