摘　　要：背板裁切米数是分切工段的一个重要指标,关系到产品的质量和成本。因此提高背板裁切米数控制精度就成了保证质量和降低成本的一项重要手段。其中校准方法的准确性就成了关键。本文介绍了采取了阶梯式收卷、分段式多次测量的一种方法,提高了校准的准确度。The number of back plate cutting meters is an important indicator of the slitting section,which is related to the quality and cost of the product.Therefore,improving the control accuracy of the cutting meters of the back plate has become an important means to ensure the quality and reduce the cost.The accuracy of the calibration method is the key.This paper introduces a method of stepwise winding and segmented multiple measurement,which improves the accuracy of calibration.
