摘 要:昆明市水资源短缺,开发利用程度高,供需矛盾突出,实施再生水利用既可节约大量优质水资源,缓解水资源短缺,还能从源头削减污染负荷,对滇池治理和改善城市水生态具有重要意义。昆明市再生水利用已有20多年的历史,介绍了昆明市再生水利用相关政策法规、再生水利用设施建设及再生水利用情况,分析了再生水利用存在问题,并提出相关建议。Kunming is a water shortage city,the water resource development and utilization degree is relatively high,and the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent.The utilization of reclaimed water can not only save a lot of high-quality water resources,alleviate the shortage of water resources,but also reduce the pollution load from the source,which is of great significance to the Dianchi Lake governance and the improvement of urban water ecology.Kunming has been engaged in the work of reclaimed water over 20 years,this paper introduces the current situation of reclaimed water utilization in Kunming,including related regulations,construction of reclaimed water utilization facilities and reclaimed water consumption,analyzes the problems of reclaimed water utilization,and puts forward some suggestions on reclaimed water utilization.
