摘 要:滦河下游干流设计洪水以滦县站断面为控制站,滦县站断面洪水由潘家口水库洪水、潘~滦区间洪水组合而成,其中潘~滦区间洪水是由桃林口水库洪水、潘~桃~滦区间洪水组合而成,场次洪水中水库洪水、区间洪水的组成分析是研究洪水错峰调度的基础。滦县站断面洪水主要洪源既可能发生于潘家口水库以上流域,也可能发生在潘~滦区间。对合理拟定潘家口、桃林口等水库的汛期调度运用方式,减轻下游灾害,对滦河下游洪水组成研究具有重要意义。The design flood of the flood control projects in the downstream of Luanhe River is controlled by Luanxian hydrological station.The flood of Luanxian station is composed of the floods above Panjiakou reservoir,Taolingkou reservoir and Panjiakou-Taolinkou-Luanxian interval.The combination analysis of reservoir and interval flood is the basis of reservoir peak flood dispatching.Luanxian station upstream flood may occur in the Panjiakou reservoir above,may also be mainly derived from the Panjiakou reservoir the following interval.In order to fonnulate the operation mode of Panjiakou&Taolinkou Reservoir reasonably,it is necessary to research on design flood region composition for down streams of LuanHe River.
