摘 要:以安徽省阜阳市地面沉降中心处阜阳闸水文站为研究对象,采用河流动力学理论,推求河道泄洪能力与断面冲淤因子关系式,分析历年冲淤因子变化曲线与地面沉降变化曲线之间因果关系和相关性,进一步剖析在多年平均来水量及来沙量没有显著变化情况下,断面冲淤因子逐年减少的原因。结果表明,随着地面沉降的持续河道泄洪能力逐年减少,同等泄洪流量下河道水位逐年偏高,并依据历史水文资料对分析结果进行验证,为阜阳城市防洪安全和颍河洪水科学调度提供参考依据。The Fuyang sluice hydrological station at the land subsidence center of Fuyang City,Anhui Province,is taken as the research object,and the relationship between the flood discharge capacity of river channels and the scouring and silting factors of cross sections is derived by using the river dynamics theory,Analyze the cause and effect relationship and correlation between the change curve of scouring and silting factors over the years and the change curve of land subsidence,and further analyze the reason why the scouring and silting factors of the cross-section decrease year by year under the condition that the annual average water volume and the incoming sediment have not changed significantly.The results show that with the development of land subsidence,the flood discharge capacity of the river channel decreases year by year,and the water level of the river channel under the same flood discharge is higher year by year.The analysis results are verified according to the historical hydrological data,which provides a reference for Fuyang City Flood Control safety and Yinghe River flood scientific regulation.
