摘　　要：以三道营水文站多年实测资料为依据,通过对测站实际测洪能力分析和P-Ⅲ型曲线计算,划分超标准洪水量级,制定超标准洪水测报方案,提出超标准洪水期间各项保障措施,并针对预案建立超标准洪水应急响应机制,为今后该站在应对超标准洪水时提供可靠的技术支持。Based on the measured data of Sandaoying Hydrological Station for many years,through the analysis of the actual flood monitoring capacity of the station and the calculation of the P-Ⅲ curve,this paper divides the magnitude of the exceeding standard flood,formulates the exceeding standard flood forecasting scheme,and proposes the a safeguard measure was established,and an emergency response mechanism for exceeding the standard flood was established for the plan to provide detailed and reliable technical guidance for the station to respond to the exceeding standard flood in the future.
