摘 要:以高硫石油焦为原料,采用KOH为活化剂,在800℃条件下通过改变料剂比制备石油焦基电化学电容器的电极材料。通过XRD表征活性炭的结构,采用恒流充放电、循环伏安、交流阻抗等表征材料的电化学性能,主要考察活化剂KOH的添加量对电化学性能的影响。实验结果表明,当KOH添加量为高硫石油焦质量的3.5倍时,制备的活性炭电化学性能最优,电流密度为1 A/g时,比电容达到191.45 F/g,电流密度扩大6倍后,容量保持率仍达到82.16%,该材料的内阻仅为0.3Ω,能承受高功率放电。经过2000次循环后,比电容依然达到191.13 F/g,库伦效率高达99.88%。Using high sulfur petroleum coke as raw material and KOH as activator,the electrode material of petroleum coke based electrochemical capacitor was prepared by changing the ratio of material to agent at 800℃.The structure of activated carbon was characterized by XRD,and the electrochemical properties of the obtained materials were characterized by constant current charge-discharge,cyclic voltammetry,AC impedance,etc.The influence of the amount of KOH on the electrochemical properties was mainly investigated.The experimental results show that the electrochemical performance of the prepared activated carbon was the best when the amount of KOH was 3.5 times of the mass of high sulfur petroleum coke.At the current density of 1 A/g,the specific capacitance of the sample reached 191.45 F/g.After the current density was expanded by 6 times,the capacity retention rate still reached 82.16%,and the internal resistance of the material was only 0.3Ω.As an electrode material for supercapacitor,it lays a foundation for withstanding high power discharge.After 2000 cycles,the mass specific capacitance remained at 191.13 F/g,and the coulomb efficiency was as high as 99.88%.
