摘 要:轨道板与CA砂浆层间离缝损伤是CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道的主要损伤形式之一。通过分析轨道板与CA砂浆离缝产生机理,提出温度作用下轨道板与CA砂浆层间离缝高度功能函数;基于轨道板与CA砂浆层间内聚力模型,建立CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道多层结构体系层间离缝高度计算有限元模型;将一维减维点估计与有限元方法结合求解功能函数的前四阶矩,并基于高阶矩法计算可靠度指标;在不同离缝损伤形式下,分析温度梯度对离缝高度可靠度指标的影响规律。研究结果表明:整体升温时,轨道板中心离缝高度可靠度指标随正温度梯度增加而减小;整体降温时,轨道板板角离缝高度可靠度指标随负温度梯度增加而减小;在极端温度条件下轨道板与CA砂浆层离缝高度超限的概率较大,建议加强CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道结构的养护维修。The interface gap between track slab and CA mortar layer is one of the main damage modes of CRTSⅡslab ballastless track.Based on the analysis of the gap mechanism between track slab and CA mortar,the performance function of the gap height of the interface between track slab and CA mortar layer under temperature action was proposed.Based on the cohesive zone model between track slab and CA mortar,a finite element model for calculating the gap height of the interface was established.The first four moments of the performance function were evaluated by combining the univariate dimension reduction based point estimation method with the finite element method,with the reliability index being calculated using the high-order moment method.The influence of temperature gradient on the reliability index of the gap height of the interface was analyzed under different interface gap forms.The results show that,when the overall temperature rises,the reliability index of the gap height at the center of the track slab decreases with the increase of the positive temperature gradient.When the overall temperature drops,the reliability index of the gap height at the corner of the track slab decreases with the increase of the negative temperature gradient.The probability of exceeding the gap height limit is high under extreme temperature conditions.It is suggested to strengthen the maintenance of the CRTSⅡslab ballastless track structure.
