摘　　要：研究本科护生职业自我概念和职业生涯规划能力现状,探索两者的相关性,为构建合理的职业生涯规划教育指导体系、提高本科护生的职业生涯规划能力提供依据。This study investigates the current status of career self-concept and career planning ability of undergraduate nursing students and explores the correlation between the two,providing a basis for the construction of a reasonable career planning education guidance system and the enhancement of career planning ability of undergraduate nursing students.
