摘 要:采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚胺(PEA)、含Diels-Alder(DA)结构的二元醇和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)制备了一系列不同聚醚胺和DA二元醇物质的量比的双重动态可逆光固化聚氨酯。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、差式扫描量热仪和旋转流变仪等研究了聚氨酯的DA结构的重构、流变性能、自修复性能和力学性能。结果表明:当聚醚胺和DA二元醇的物质的量比为1∶1时,DA重构率最高,综合性能最佳,氢键和DA的双重可逆结构可以实现自修复机制的协同效应,从而改善聚氨酯的自修复性能。A series of dual dynamic reversible UV curable polyurethanes with different molar ratio of polyetheramine(PEA)and Diels-Alder(DA)diol were synthesized by using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),PEA,diol with DA structure and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA).The DA structural reconfiguration,rheological property,self-healing performance and mechanical property of polyurethane were investigated using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimeter and rotational rheometer.The results showed that when the molar ratio of PEA to DA diol was 1∶1,the polyurethane had the highest DA reconfiguration rate and the best comprehensive performance.The synergistic effect of self-healing mechanism could be realized benefited from the dual reversible structure of hydrogen bonding and DA,thus the self-healing performance of UV curable polyurethane was improved.
