摘  要:合成了可聚合非离子乳化剂烯丙基脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(al-AEO12),并用其制备了丙烯酸酯乳胶,考察了乳化剂用量对乳胶固含量、凝胶率、粒径分布、乳胶膜吸水率等性能的影响。结果表明:随着乳化剂用量的增加,乳胶固含量提高,凝胶率降低,平均粒径减小,乳胶膜吸水率降低,乳胶性能提高。将al-AEO12与阴离子乳化剂SDS复配使用,且两者质量比为2∶1时乳胶性能最优,乳胶膜吸水率最低,此时乳胶粒径分布较窄,在透射电镜下可以观察到明显的核壳结构。The allyl fatty alcohol ethoxylate(al-AEO12)was a polymerizable nonionic emulsifier,which was synthesized and used to prepare acrylate emulsion,and the effects of emulsifier dosage on the emulsion solid content,gelation rate,particle size distribution,filmforming water absorption and other properties were investigated.The results showed that with the amount of emulsifier increased,the solid content of the emulsion increased,the gelation rate decreased,the average particle size decreased,the film-forming water absorption rate decreased,and the emulsion performance improved.When the mass ratio of al-AEO12 to SDS was 2∶1,the emulsion performance was the best,the water absorption of the films was the lowest,the particle size distribution of the emulsion was narrow,and the core-shell structure could be observed under transmission electron microscope.
