摘 要:为探讨交联体系对丙烯酸乳胶塑料涂料的影响,本研究分别用内交联体系:三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)/丙烯酸(AA)、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(A-151),外交联体系:双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)/己二酸二酰肼(ADH)、乙酰乙酰氧基甲基丙烯酰胺(AAEM)/乙二胺(EDA),采用乳液聚合工艺制备了水性塑料涂料用苯丙乳胶,研究各交联体系对水性塑料涂料性能的影响。结果表明:TMPTA对塑料涂料铝粉定向效果提升较好,GMA/AA体系对塑料涂料的耐醇擦性提升效果较好,有机硅交联剂A-151能够提升涂膜的耐水煮性;DAAM/ADH体系对塑料涂料的触变性提升效果明显,AAEM/EDA交联体系能提升涂膜耐水煮性,并通过内外交联体系进行复配,发现GMA/AA体系与DAAM/ADH体系复配能够制得附着优异、耐醇擦拭性良好、铝粉定向效果好的水性塑料涂料。Internal crosslinking systems such as TMPTA(trimethylolpropane triacrylate),GMA(glycidyl methacrylate)/AA(acrylic acid),A-151(vinyltriethoxysilane),and diplomatic linkage systems such as DAAM(diacetone acrylamide)/ADH(adihydrazide adipate),AAEM(acetylacetoxymethacrylamide)/EDA(ethylenediamine)were respectively used as crosslinked system,styrene acrylic latex for water-based plastic system was prepared by emulsion polymerization process,and the influence of each cross-linked system on the properties of waterborne plastic coatings was studied.The results showed that TMPTA could better improve the directional effect of aluminum powder on plastic coatings,the GMA/AA system was conducive to improve the alcohol rub resistance of plastic coatings,and the silicone crosslinker A-151 could improve the boiling resistance of the coating film.The DAAM/ADH system has obvious effect on the improvement of thixotropy of plastic coating,and the AAEM/EDA crosslinking system improves the boiling resistance of the coating film.It is found that the waterborne plastic coatings prepared using the mixed crosslinking system of GMA/AA and DAAM/ADH showed excellent adhesion,good alcohol resistance and strong directional performance of aluminum powder.
