摘 要:为了研究水解型自抛光防污树脂水解性能的加速测试方法,选择具有合适pH的缓冲溶液体系,利用自制的丙烯酸硅自抛光防污树脂,考察了pH、温度对树脂水解性能的影响,并以此为基础建立了一种水解型自抛光防污树脂水解性能的加速测试方法,即在缓冲溶液pH9.0,温度45℃的条件下,选择合适时间以涂层单位面积的质量损失进行树脂水解性能的评价。由水解加速测试和海水浸泡实验结果的对比可知,水解加速效果明显,能缩短水解性能测试的时间,可用于以水解质量损失为考察指标的水解型自抛光防污树脂合成条件的筛选。In order to study the accelerated test method for the hydrolysis performance of hydrolytic self-polishing antifouling resin,a buffer solution system with appropriate pH was selected,the effects of pH and temperature on the hydrolysis performance of the self-made silicone acrylate self-polishing antifouling resin was investigated.As a result,an accelerated test method for the hydrolysis performance of hydrolytic self-polishing antifouling resin was established.The hydrolysis performance of the resin was evaluated based on the mass loss per unit area of the coating under the conditions of buffer solution pH 9.0 and temperature 45℃for appropriate time.It can be seen from the comparison between the results of hydrolysis acceleration test and seawater immersion test that the hydrolysis acceleration effect was more obvious,which could shorten the hydrolysis performance test time,and could be used to screen the synthetic conditions of hydrolysis self-polishing antifouling resin with inspection index of the hydrolysis quality loss.
