摘　　要：良好的心肌保护是影响心脏手术成功的关键因素之一,而心脏停搏液是心肌保护的基石,在心肌保护中扮演着重要的角色。本文将对心脏停搏液的各要素比如停搏液设计、停搏液类型、灌注方式、停搏液温度等进行综述。Myocardial protection is one of the key factors affecting the success of cardiac surgery,and cardioplegia is the cornerstone and plays an important role in myocardial protection.In this paper,various factors of cardioplegia,such as design pvinci⁃ples of cardioplegia,mode,temperature and so on,will be reviewed.
