韩国孔子学院汉语教师志愿者专业化发展策略研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查对汉语教师志愿者在韩生活、工作适应现状进行描述,并选取孔子学院中方院长及汉语教师志愿者进行访谈,发现目前孔子学院在师资建设方面存在师资队伍组成多元化的同时面临教学能力参差不齐、专业发展认知度较低、教学热情不足、自我发展意识淡薄、文化适应能力较弱、岗前岗中培训缺乏针对性和管理与支持政策缺乏系统性等方面问题,因此,可以从优化师资结构加强汉语教师志愿者管理、提升汉语教师志愿者的专业认同感和跨文化适应能力、完善和改进岗前岗中培训体系,优化人事制度系统改革等在内的汉语教师志愿者专业化发展方面来提高韩国汉语教师志愿者的专业化发展水平。A questionnaire survey conducted to describe the living and working adaptation status of Chinese volunteer teachers shows that there are problems in the construction of teaching resource such as uneven teaching levels,low awareness of professional development,lack of teaching enthusiasm,weak awareness of self-development,lack of pertinence in pre-post training and systematic management as well as supportive policies.Therefore,the level of professional development of Chinese volunteer teachers can be improved from the aspects of enhancing the management by optimizing the faculty structure,strengthening the professional identity and cross-cultural adaptability,perfecting the pre-post training system,and optimizing the reform of personnel system.
