少阳枢机针法治疗变应性鼻炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察少阳枢机针法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,对照组口服氯雷他定片+布地奈德鼻喷剂,观察组在对照组基础上接受少阳枢机针法治疗,每周2次,疗程4周。观察两组治疗后及随访3个月的疗效;比较两组治疗前后鼻症状量表(TNSS)评分和鼻结膜炎生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分变化。结果:治疗后及随访3个月,两组TNSS评分均有明显改善(P<0.05),其中观察组评分改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组RQLQ评分均显著降低(P<0.05),随访3个月,观察组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后及随访3个月,两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组显效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:少阳枢机针法治疗变应性鼻炎,近期疗效与西医综合治疗相当,对鼻部症状有明显的缓解作用,提高患者生活质量,且远期疗效更佳。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shaoyang pivot acupuncture in treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:70 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with Loratadine Tablet and Budesonide Nasal Spray;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Shaoyang pivot acupuncture.Both groups were treated twice a week for 4 weeks,and were followed up for 3 months.The curative effect after the treatment and the clinical effect after 3-month follow-up were compared between the two groups.The score changes of nasal symptom scale(TNSS)and rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:TNSS score was significantly improved after the treatment and after 3-month follow-up in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).RQLQ score was significantly decreased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and RQLQ score of the observation group was lower in the observation group than that in the control group after 3-month follow-up(P<0.05).After the treatment and after 3-month follow-up,there was no statistical difference in the total curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05),but the marked effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The short-term effect of Shaoyang pivot acupuncture is similar to that of Western medicine and the long-term efficacy is better than Western medicine in treatment of allergic rhinitis,which can significantly reduce nasal symptoms and improve life quality of the patients.
