基于“鼻不闻香臭,口不仁”症状探析针刺在新冠病毒感染防治中发挥的作用

摘　　要：当前,新型冠状病毒感染并未完全结束,新冠肺炎病毒毒株不断变异,有相当一部分患者出现了嗅觉和味觉减退的症状,与中医学“鼻不闻香臭,口不仁”的描述相对应。本研究以此为切入点,通过对古籍文献以及现代研究的整理和分析,探寻新冠肺炎侵袭肺脾两经的经络循行依据,从而提出经络辨证指导下针刺疗法在新冠病毒感染防治中发挥的作用,一方面可以提前扭转病势,缓解不良情绪,另一方面可以通过扶助正气来达到邪去正安以及未病先防的效果,旨在为针刺疗法在新冠病毒感染防治中的临证应用提供理论依据。At present,COVID-19 pandemic has not completely ended,and the strain of COVID-19 continues to mutate,a considerable number of patients have developed the symptoms of decreased smell and taste,which correspond to the description in Chinese medicine of‘odorless nose and apraxia mouth’.Through sorting and analyzing ancient books and modern researches,this study tried to explore the evidence of the two meridians,Lung and Spleen,which were invaded by COVID-19,so as to propose the role of acupuncture therapy under the guidance of meridians differentiation in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.On one hand,it can reverse the disease in advance and relieve the bad mood;on the other hand,it can achieve the effect of eliminating the evil and preventing the disease by helping vital-Qi.The aim of this study was to provide a certain theoretical basis for the clinical application of acupuncture therapy in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.
