“龙虎交战针法”结合经筋刺法解结结筋病灶点镇痛的操作探微

摘　　要：结筋病灶点是构成经筋类疾病的基本病理概念,也是达到“解结”目的“靶点”,具有阻碍正常人体经筋组织运动造成局部疼痛发生的特点,并且局部伴有经筋组织的纤维化及发生无菌性炎症的特点。“龙虎交战针法”作为传统的镇痛类针刺手法,经过研究发现对于疼痛有着良好的治疗效果,并具有改善局部微环境、松解局部肌肉筋膜组织、运行气血平衡阴阳的作用,针对结筋病灶点的治疗具有很高的适用性。本研究从结筋病灶点经筋刺法的操作方式“龙虎交战针法”针刺结筋病灶点的优势和将“龙虎交战针法”与经筋刺法相结合使其更适合结筋病灶点的病理属性共3个方面探讨了使用“龙虎交战针法”结合经筋刺法针刺结筋病灶点以达解结和镇痛作用的操作方法。The focal points of knotted meridian sinew are the basic pathological changes of meridian sinew diseases,and also the‘target’for the purpose of‘unknotting’,which has the characteristics of hindering normal movement of meridian sinew and causing local pain,and is accompanied by local fibrosis of meridian sinew tissues and aseptic inflammation.‘Dragon and Tiger Fighting acupuncture’method has a good analgesic effect and can improve local microenvironment,release the local muscle fascia tissues,activate Qi and blood to balance Yin and Yang,and it has a high applicability for the treatment of meridian sinew lesions.This study explored the use of‘Dragon and Tiger Fighting acupuncture’combined with needling focal points of meridian sinew to achieve the result of dissolving knots and relieving pain from the aspects of the manipulation and the advantage of‘Dragon and Tiger Fighting acupuncture’and its combination with meridian sinew acupuncture.
