摘　　要：随着2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的患病率逐渐增加,关于其疗法除了口服药物、注射胰岛素外,针药结合法以其疗效显著、作用持久与无不良反应的独特优势深得广大患者的认可。本研究从作用机制、病因病机以及治疗方法上进行归纳总结,发现针药结合法能够有效地干预糖脂代谢异常、改善胰岛素抵抗和提高胰岛素的敏感性,为临床进一步研究提供有力的依据,具有良好的发展前景。With the increasing prevalence of insulin resistance(IR)in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),besides oral drugs and insulin injection,the combination of acupuncture and medication has been recognized by the majority of patients for its unique advantages of remarkable curative effect,lasting effect and no adverse reactions.In this study,the action mechanism,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods were summarized,and it was found that the combination of acupuncture and medication could effectively intervene in abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism,improve IR and insulin sensitivity,which provided a strong basis for further clinical researches and had a good development prospect.
