摘　　要：通过对变速箱体铸件的结构以及技术要求的分析,制定了变速箱体铸造工艺方案,结合Procast工艺模拟和冷铁等提高铸件内部质量的工艺措施,生产出了符合客户要求的铸件。The structural characteristics and technical requirements of the gearbox are introduced.The casting process plan of the gearbox is introduced in detail,as well as the process measures to improve the internal quality of the casting,such as Procast process simulation and chill measures,to ensure that the product meets the drawing requirements.
