摘 要:数控机床的立柱是机床的主要基础部件与受力部件,所以对立柱件的性能与尺寸精度都提出了一定的要求。其结构为三角形,在原生产工艺中,浇注充型过程中容易产生渣气孔,沙眼、夹砂等缺陷。尤其在顶面滑动座处渣气孔缺陷较严重,导致铸件质量问题报废率较高。本文主要通过采用虚拟制造技术进行工艺优化,通过3D打印方式造型,铸造成型。生产结果表明,改进后的工艺方案能够有效解决浇注过程中的渣气孔问题。The column of NC machine tool is the main foundation component and stress component of machine tool,so there are certain requirements for the performance and dimensional accuracy of the column.The column structure is triangular.In the original production process,defects such as slag porosity,trachoma and sand clamping are easy to occur during the casting and filling process・Especially,the slag porosity defect is serious at the top sliding seat,which leads to high scrap rate of casting.Virtual manufacturing technology was used to optimize the process,and 3D printing was used to shape.The production results show that the improved technology scheme can effectively solve the problem of slag porosity during pouring.
